Project Description:
Our product is a streamlined platform for managing and optimizing digital advertising, designed to handle high traffic volumes and complex data processing. We manage a system that processes thousands of requests per second, with a total data volume reaching tens of terabytes. The platform includes tools for ad publishers to submit traffic, a traffic exchange engine that enables seamless buying and selling of traffic, and a CRM-like platform for managing advertisers, ad publishers, and key settings within the traffic exchange process. We specialize in solving complex challenges in processing and analyzing large-scale data.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop new functionality inside of existing ecosystem of related projects
- Create new projects that would become a part of that ecosystem
- Support of existing services
- Create unit and integration tests
- Code Reviewing of other teammates
Your Experience:
- Experience with PHP for 5 years
- Knowledge of one of the PHP frameworks: Symfony, Laravel, or Yii
- Experience with message-brokers (RabbitMQ or Kafka)
- Good knowledge of SQL (MySQL or Postgres)
- Basic experience with JavaScript
- Experience with Docker
- Understanding of OOP principles and programming patterns
- Result oriented approach
- Desire to create and develop high quality product
- Russian language, English - nice to have

Your Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design and develop system solutions to meet business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system changes
- Conduct system testing and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and procedures
Your Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in system analysis
- Understanding of programming languages (e.g. PHP, Go, etc.) and ability to read code; proficiency in reverse engineering
- Understanding of modern information technology principles, including Web technologies, RESTful APIs, and message brokers.
- Ability to visualize business and system processes using various diagramming techniques, e.g. BPMN, UML.
- Proficiency in SQL and database design principles would be an advantage
- Knowledge of system development methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Develop new and support existing web applications using PHP (landings)
- Implement responsive and adaptive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JQuery)
- Conduct functionality and compatibility testing across various browsers and devices
- Ensure proper integration of codes from third-party analytical tools and marketing services such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and others
Your Experience:
- Knowledge of PHP and JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of system configuration and troubleshooting
- Understanding of web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and their configuration files
- Experience with version control systems (such as Git) for code management and collaborative development

- Russian language
